Anti Kajlich

Founder, Anti Wave Global

Former professional water polo player and 2017 FINA Masters 70+ champion goalie, Anti Kajlich founded Anti Wave in 1971.

Anti Wave equipment was first selected for the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, as well as the 1st World Aquatics Championships in Cali, Colombia in 1975. Since then the Brisbane-based company has led the world in product innovation and development and Anti Wave products have been featured in multiple Olympic games included Sydney’s 2000 Games where its products contributed in breaking 15 World Records.

Today, Anti and his son Anton continue to design, innovate and produce the world’s best aquatic sports products with licensed production in eight countries around the world and with Anti Wave products exported to over 150 countries.

Anti Wave has filed for patents to protect a range of aquatic facility and water polo inventions with Anti continuing to work hard in reaching new countries and provide the best quality and value aquatic sports equipment around the world.

Daniel Henderson

Director of the Functional Training Institute and founder at Dan Henderson Coaching

Having achieved a BA in Sport and Exercise Managment, Honours in Human Movement from UTS, Dan Henderson started training in the fitness industry in 2007.

In 2008, he set up personal training studio ‘Coastal Bodies’ in Sydney. With seven trainers, the studio became one of the top performing training premises in Sydney, before he sold the business in 2017 to focus on other projects.

In 2009, he co-wrote my first accredited course, the ‘Fundamentals of Kettlebell Training’. This course has been taught to thousands of trainers worldwide and is the most popular course in Australia for personal trainers.

In the last three years Henderson and his company has produced 10 more accredited courses that are taught to trainers, becoming Australia’s leading ‘Functional Training’ education institution, employing 28 presenters in eight different countries.

Dan has presented at leading Australian and international fitness conferences and hosts his own podcast.

Zohaab Ishrat

Wayne Middleton

Principal, Reliance Risk

Wayne Middleton, CVE, is current Chair of the VMA’s Venue Management School.  He has been a risk management instructor for over a decade at the School and is the Principal of Australian-based consultancy, Reliance Risk.

He has over 30 years’ experience in operating and consulting to public venue and events and has delivered projects across Australia, New Zealand, North America, South East Asia and the Middle East. 

He holds a Masters’ in Risk Management, a Bachelor of Administration, a Diploma of Security Risk Management, and is an active member of the Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific).
