Following the success of the Venue Safety & Security Exchange (VSX) in 2023 and 2024, the event returns in 2025 at the Australian Turf Club, Royal Randwick.

This year’s conference will feature a full program of more than a dozen industry-leading speakers such as Joe Falzon from AFL, Bea Tomlin of Beaspoke Safety a respected safety expert for major events, Roderick van Gelder a leading Crowd Science expert and trainer, Harry Kotsinadelis Head of Security for Melbourne Olympic Parks and Lucinda Cook from Venues NSW to name just a few. VSX 2025 will have an insightful discussion panel and a vibrant exhibition space hosting 35+ of the most relevant and innovative exhibitors relevant to the venue and event sector all lead by our returning MC Michael Croaker of Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

It will also feature special international guest speaker Sarah Mathers, Head of International Security at the NBA (National Basketball Association) – bringing a truly global perspective to venue safety & security.
