UWA Aquatic Centre is a facility owned and operated by the University of Western Australia. UWA Sport maximises the facility with the programming of high quality and inclusive services. UWA Sport works closely with UWA to ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the centre. 

The Opportunity
The Aquatic Manager leads the Aquatics team in the delivery of high-quality programs, services and customer experience, ensuring key compliance and safe venue operations are maintained. The role is responsible for the growth and viability of service offerings ensuring high quality through innovative and inclusive program design, implementation, and review.

About You
You will be an experienced Aquatics manager, with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a dedicated team. You will have excellent knowledge of the Aquatics industry, program delivery and safety in an Aquatic environment. 

Your extensive Aquatic Programming experience ensures you deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

Essential Skills 

• Relevant degree and/or significant experience in a leadership role within Aquatics.
• Australian recognised teaching qualifications (Austswim) 
• National Police Clearance. 
• Working with Children Check. 
• First Aid Certificate including CPR

Essential Requirements

• First Aid Certificate
• Current Provide/Perform CPR
• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
• National Police / Criminal History Check
• Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
