About the role
Logan City Council is currently looking for an aquatic supervisor to work with and guide our dedicated aquatic centres team. You'll work alongside our exceptional AquaLogan Coordinator and manage, operate, coordinate and market our programmed activities.
Things we'll trust you with
- Day-to-day management of pool plant operation & maintenance; trouble shooting & problem solving all things relating to the safe & efficient running of the aquatic centre(s);
- Leading, supervising and rostering staff, while developing and coordinating programmed activities for multiple aquatic facilities;
- Assisting with monthly financial reporting;
- Proactively ensure WH&S Policies and "Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (RLSSA)" are maintained at all times.

The boxes you'll tick
- Proven experience in the management and operation of an aquatics environment, including rostering, managing and mentoring a large aquatic centre team
- Pool Plant operation and maintenance experience essential
- Experience in the coordination of programmed activities
- Essential Registrations/Qualifications include: Pool Lifeguard, Senior First Aid, Resuscitation, Pool Plant Operators and Austswim / Swim Australia
