What You’ll Do
At Topgolf, we call our Servers Bayhosts because they host our Guests in the hitting bays. Bayhosts provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. They are experts at the technical side of the job - knowledge of the menu and the ability to serve with outstanding attention to detail. But beyond that, our Bayhosts make our Guests feel welcome, they engage with them, introduce them to new and exciting food and beverage options, and make their visits to Topgolf memorable.

How You’ll Do It

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
• Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules
• Offer food and beverage
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service
• Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests
• Be careful and efficient in handling cash
• Offer optimum guest service
• Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales

What We’re Looking For

• Previous food and beverage experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Available for immediate start
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
