Based in either our Canberra (Australia) or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) office, as the INSTRUCTOR TRAINING CONSULTANT TEAM LEADER with Les Mills Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for leading a committed team of Instructor Training Consultants (ITCs) to achieve set goals and targets. 

You will also be responsible for driving Initial Module Training (IMT), Online IMT, and Advanced Training sales across all LMAP markets, to ensure adequate number of qualified Les Mills instructors are trained to service our Club Partner’s licensed programs.  

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills 
• An ability to close a deal Tenacious drive to achieve targets and results 
• Strong influential presentational skills 
• Create, solutions-based mindset with strong listening and communication skills.

A typical day in this rewarding position might see you:

• Meet with your ITCs to discuss targets, progress, challenges and wins 
• Provide advice and feedback to the Training Coordinator and/or Operations Manager/Team regarding scheduling and location for training modules 
• Represent LMAP at a relevant trade show, event, webinar or seminar 
• Build and maintain relationships with third party training course providers such as universities, colleges, RTOs, TAFE and the like 
• Participate in annual budgeting and planning process by providing advice to the Chief Operating Officer on training targets 
• Enjoy a free workout with fellow team members in the onsite group fitness studio, which is powered by LES MILLS VIRTUAL.
