The purpose of the role is to provide valued support services to PGA members to assist them in being the best they can be. This role will drive the future of the PGA and how its members can be part of driving the future prosperity of golf in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities include: 

Drive value and pride in the PGA brand and membership. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive range of PGA member support services, including assistance with employment issues and contract negotiations. With the support of the PGA Education staff, develop and lead the PGA Continuing Education Programme and drive the ongoing education and development of PGA members. Develop a strong understanding of the needs of PGA members with the ability to provide members with detailed, accurate and timely information and advice. Serve and respond to members' needs: answer queries, solve problems and offer guidance as required. Develop, lead, and manage a comprehensive PGA Members' communication and connection programme.
