The purpose of the role is to lead the development, management, and delivery of PGA tournaments throughout New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing the annual PGA tournament calendar of events with an emphasis on all playing categories. 
• Lead the development, organisation and management of the PGA Championship, PGA pro/am, and PGA Legends tournaments. 
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of the PGA Championship, PGA pro/am, and PGA Legends tournaments with a focus on more opportunities; particularly for female players. 
• Support the delivery of the PGA sanctioned Jennian Homes Charles Tour events and enhance the connection of PGA performance golf events with the national player development programmes. 
• Actively seek out new opportunities for PGA sanctioned events from a hosting, commercial and scheduling perspective. 
• Develop a strong understanding of the needs of PGA tour player members with the ability to provide members with detailed, accurate and timely information and advice. 
• Serve and respond to the needs of PGA tour player members: answer queries, solve problems and offer guidance.
