The initial contract term is for seven years and includes the installation and deployment of the hosted accesso Passport ticketing solutions.
Installation will take three years and includes more than 100 attractions around the world including LEGOLAND Parks, Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE and The Eye Brand.
Commenting on the partnership, Merlin Chief Executive Nick Varney stated “accesso is a unique and valued partner and their solution will allow us to provide a consistent, state-of-the-art ticketing experience to the millions of guests who enjoy Merlin attractions around the world."
In May, accesso reported strong attendances from a number of its theme park customers.
US park titan Six Flags and Legoland in the UK already use its queuing systems, while over the past year it has added a raft of new venues as ticketing and visit planning customers in the US.
A new e-Commerce store for its Passport ticketing platform had boosted sales five-fold, while a new theme park queuing tool started trials this summer.
