Australasian Leisure Management changes to keep the industry better informed

Australasian Leisure Management changes to keep the industry better informed
February 28, 2022

Building on our two decades long commitment to keep professionals, business owners, investors, students and other leisure industry stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand and across the Asia-Pacific provided with news that you need to stay informed, Australasian Leisure Management is set to introduce changes that will provide an enhanced level of content.

In order to resource the online news that we publish at www.ausleisure.com.au and deliver expanded service in the future, we are transitioning to a user pays arrangement for this website, that will see news accessible via a paywall.

As a result, you will need to subscribe to get access to the business news you need on aquatics, attractions, entertainment, events, fitness, parks, recreation, sport, tourism and venues, at a cost of less than the price of a cup of coffee a week.

For $120 a year, or $12 a month, an online subscription will give you access to:

  • More than 350 industry news items each month, year round
  • An archive of over 60,000 industry news items covering a period of more than 12 years
  • Subscriber-only offers for industry events

In addition, Australasian Leisure Management will be introducing:

  • Exclusive industry events
  • Interviews with industry figures
  • New online only features

Published in print since 1997 and with comprehensive online news coverage since 2008 - an archive of content available to subscribers - with certainty and reliability Australasian Leisure Management keeps you informed on your industry.

For organisations (businesses, not-for-profits, government departments, local government, educational bodies and others) that wish to purchase subscriptions for multiple sites/staff members, ‘bulk’ online subscription rates are also available.

The paywall will not affect subscriptions to the printed Australasian Leisure Management magazine. Readers can subscribe to the online news, the printed magazine or both.

Click here to subscribe to Australasian Leisure Management online. (Note: Subscriptions will apply from day paywall is activated).
