Australia's premier swimming and water polo equipment specialists, Anti Wave are looking forward to a successful 2011.

Chosen to provide lane ropes and other equipment at the soon-to-open South Australian State Aquatic Centre, this business follows a successful 2010 for Anti Wave where it equipped the Geelong Leisure Link pool and provided equipment for the top Asian aquatic events of the year.

These Asian events included the aquatic sport facilities at the First Youth Olympics in Singapore in August; the Beijing Water Cube for their first FINA World Cup event in September (Anti Wave had provided all aquatic sport equipment for the Water Cube in advance of the 2008 Olympics); for the Delhi Commonwealth Games in October and for the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China in November.

Through 2009 and 2010 Anti Wave also equipped new facilities in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Laos and Vietnam and introduced air operated swim walls at the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre in Ultimo, Sydney.

Anti Wave is one of the largest global suppliers of aquatic sport equipment, providing moveable booms, performance lane ropes, starting blocks and water polo goals; the company also offers grating systems, submersible swim walls and water play equipment.

A recent change of structure at the company sees founder Anti Kajlich now heading Anti Wave International, holding the licences and intellectual property for Anti Wave designs, while also developing future products.

Anti Wave International now has licencees in China, Japan, Gulf, Europe,USA, New Zealand, while Anti Wave Australia now operates as an independent company; manufacturing and marketing Anti Wave products.
