A new innovation in aquatic fitness, the BOGA FitMat floating training platform, is now available in Australia through HF Industries.

Described as “a new, fun, and dynamic way to exercise”, the FitMat is the first board designed and shaped specifically for swimming pool and water-based fitness and yoga.

With durability and stiffness to maximise performance, the inflatable FitMat maintains its rigidity and ability to float on water and can hold up to 180 kilograms without sacrificing its integrity.

The FitMat can be used in one-on-one or group settings, offering challenging training modalities and backed by the recognised programs for fitness and training.

BOGAFIT and BOGAYOGA Programs

BOGAFIT offers a unique workout on water utilising traditional gym workouts like burpees, pushups, sit ups but with new unique adaptations created by our trainers. The FITMAT platform adds a totally unique core body workout by creating controlled instability.

30 minute 45 minute classes are available.

BOGAYOGA offers a full 1 hour BOGA YOGA FLOW program created to enhance yoga in an aquatic setting and suitable for yoga participants from beginners to experienced yogis.

The board comes packed and rolled up in a small roll, inflates in minutes and is extremely durable. Boards can be easily stacked as there are no fins or rolled up and packed away.

All boards come with BOGA’s proven tie system for easy anchoring in pools.
