CINZ Chief Executive, Lisa Hopkins advises BE Reconnected promises to be a day of networking, knowledge and engagement. Originally planned to take place across two days, it will now be a one-day event focused on rekindling vital industry relationships.
Hopkins explains “anyone responsible for organising business events, or for those who want to find out more about business events, should save the date for Tuesday 1st December and join us at Te Pokapū Aotea Centre.
“Guests can expect to experience a day of connecting with and learning from the experts. There will be no prescheduled appointments. Instead the day will be about getting together again, with plenty of time to network, connect over great food, hear from some fascinating speakers and finish with a relaxed meet-up.
“Our speaker line-up will feature a diverse range of keynote speakers ready to educate and inspire, and all available for future events.
Hopkins adds “we are inviting event organisers from across the country to join us and New Zealand‘s leading industry providers to show we are stronger, more passionate and more committed than ever to providing the very best in business events services.
“As a key economic driver for our country, business events are vital for recovery. It is our responsibility to plan and prepare for the recovery, for the sake of our clients, employees, community, regions and the industry. BE Reconnected will ensure we end the year with a firm eye on the future.”
Prior to BE Reconnected, on 30th November, Auckland Convention Bureau is planning an afternoon and evening familiarisation tour of Auckland for business event organisers looking to find out first-hand about the huge range of options for functions and activities across the city.
BE Reconnected is free to attend for anyone responsible for organising business events and those not sure where to start in this new age of gatherings.
BE Reconnected partners include Auckland Conventions Venues and Events, and Peek Exhibition.
To register to attend Be Reconnected as a guest go to the CINZ website BE Reconnected registration page.
