CultureCon 2024 to address toxic workspaces and need for cultural leadership

Georgie Harmon, Chief Executive of Beyond Blue along with Rob Woodhouse, Swimming Australia Chief Executive are among the speakers addressing the need for cultural leadership at CultureCon™ 2024, Australia's flagship conference for workplace culture.

The one-day immersive conference, being held tomorrow at Royal Randwick Racecourse, Sydney, follows a recent survey by The Culture Institute of Australia having revealed 75% of Australian workers have experienced toxic work culture in the past five years.

The Culture Institute of Australia is a research-based firm that provides data-driven solutions to enhance employee engagement, talent attraction, and retention, implementing their Panorama Culture Evolution System with leading organisations worldwide.

CultureCon™ 2024 is being presented by The Culture Institute of Australia in partnership with Growth Faculty - a global education company known for hosting high-impact events featuring thought leaders like Barack Obama, the Clintons, and Adam Grant.
