The New Zealand based company - which services a wide range of industries, incorporating billing, call centre customer management and debt collection - has agreed an ongoing partnership with international insurance company American Income Life (AIL), which recently awarded the AIL New Zealand office as their top agency globally for increasing sales and retaining customers in 2009.
AIL Managing Director, Steve Friedlander, says the system that Debitsuccess developed for the insurer's premium collection program significantly improved AIL's cash flow, increasing their business by 40%. Since partnering with Debitsuccess, AIL now has more than 16,000 active polices with Debitsuccess in New Zealand.
Dickinson says Debitsuccess's full service offering is the most comprehensive and cost efficient solution for businesses and undertakings that wish to offer their customers payment options through installments, stating "we've made it our business to provide reliable, trustworthy customer payment management systems - designed here in New Zealand - that have proven to significantly improve customer retention while assisting in attracting new customers by reducing costs as a barrier to entry through payment plan options that are affordable and convenient."
Debitsuccess also recently announced a partnership with New Zealand Golf that will make a new flexible automatic membership payment system available to the country's nearly 400 golf courses (see our news of 3rd September 2010, link below).
Called 'FlexiSub', the system is an adaptation of Debitsuccess' widely used fitness club management technology that already assists more than 1,000 businesses process regular billings to their customers.
Debitsuccess Chief Executive, Allan Dickinson says that relationships such as the one with NZ Golf will ensure continuity of the growth the company has experienced since it began providing billing services for the New Zealand fitness industry in 1994. The company went on to launch in Australia in 2002 and is now the largest full service direct debit initiators in Australasia.
As Dickinson explains "Debitsuccess goes from strength to strength, in spite of the recession. We are now initiating more than 10 million transactions annually, with a value in excess of $500 million, billing for more than 1,000 businesses.
"Debitsuccess is very excited by this opportunity to assist in growing the game of golf in New Zealand by providing the FlexiSub system at no cost to New Zealand Golf Clubs as part of our partnership with NZ Golf."
