Enta Ticketing Solutions has finalised a further multi-year agreement with western Sydney's Riverside Theatres and in the process migrated their current in-house installation of Enta's ticketing software to their Hosted Service Solution.
Enta's Hosted Service allows Riverside Theatres to have a fully managed ticketing and CRM service which is hosted off site in a secure data centre and negating the need for the company to have local hardware and software installations.
Located at Parramatta, Riverside Theatres hosts over a thousand performances and events every year across its three venues including the 761 seat Riverside Theatre presenting larger scale productions.
Enta Australasia Managing Director John Godwin explained "Enta is continuing to win new customers with our extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we're delighted to further extend our partnership with Riverside Theatres.
"They have been a long term partner of Enta's and we're pleased to be able to offer them our Hosted Solution and upgraded software which will benefit Riverside in managing donations and providing online, mobile and point of sale solutions.
"There's considerable advantage to them in incurring no on-going maintenance costs and no internal resources required to manage infrastructure."
Riverside Theatres has also upgraded their website in the process.
Enta is responsible for selling over 60 million tickets annually in 540 entertainment organisations across 24 countries. In Australia, it has recently signed deals with the Sydney Festival, Cairns Civic Theatre and its Ticketlink ticketing agency and Perth-based Show Ticketing set up to run the ticketing operations of The Astor Theatre in Perth, the Perth International Comedy Festival and a number of other events.
