Enta Ticketing Solutions continues to sign up leading events and organisations to use its ticketing, marketing and CRM system, by forging a deal with Sydney Festival.
Enta software, which enables venues and events to manage event ticketing, season tickets, subscriptions, membership and marketing, will be used for the 2013 Sydney Festival which will be held in and around Sydney from 5th to 27th January next year.
Enta Australasia Managing Director John Godwin explains "we're thrilled to sign up Sydney Festival and look forward to a long association with them.
"Enta is continuing to win new customers with its extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM software solution."
Godwin said that one of Enta's key capabilities in handling the ticketing requirements of Sydney Festival was enabling customers to be able to purchase a range of shows for multiple venues and access discounts in doing so.
He adds "the Enta system is proving popular for its affordability, ease of use, flexibility and service backing.
"Sydney Festival is a good example of how the system is flexible for diverse events and provides thorough reporting capabilities. It also enables the Festival to own its own customer data and use this information for effective marketing campaigns."
Sydney Festival is one of Australia's best-loved annual events, attracting people in their hundreds of thousands with its stunning array of free and ticketed performances in theatre, dance, music, film, visual arts and talks as well as its unrivalled program of free large-scale outdoor events. In 2012, more than 580,000 people enjoyed the Festival, which boasted 399 performances of 122 events, including 11 world premieres, 15 Australian exclusives and 14 Australian premieres.
Enta has recently signed deals with Cairns Civic Theatre and its Ticketlink ticketing agency and Perth-based Show Ticketing set up to run the ticketing operations of The Astor Theatre in Perth, the Perth International Comedy Festival and a number of other events.
