1. Come up with a tagline:

2. Prepare your team to communicate on the ground:
• Have front desk staff mention to customers the availability of online registration.
• Implement registration links as part of staff email signatures.

3. Send tailored emails:
• Create email lists of members based on their past registrations; highlight activities they might like with links to the registration pages. 

4. Publicise online and offline when registration opens:
• Display a countdown button on your website and in your email signatures.
• Include your website in offline materials (flyers, posters, etc.).

5. Write a post on your social media pages:
• Announce when your programs start and link to your registration page.
