Greg Webb, widely known in the fitness industry as an equipment distributor, is fast becoming a YouTube sensation with a series of walking videos.

Now aged in his sixties and based at Lake Conjola, south of Sydney, Webb has always maintained an active lifestyle, which he puts down to the influence of his parents.

Both his mother and father instilled in all four siblings, a simple and wholesome appreciation of food and reinforcement with sports and other outdoor activities.

In the Walking videos, 'Webby' (as he is more commonly known) shares thoughts on how he remains physically active and tips that have worked for him over the years.

Brought up in the Sydney beachside suburb of Cronulla, outdoor activities - such as swimming, water-skiing, squash, horse riding and football - were the staple daily activities that created - somewhat unknowingly - the basis for a healthy lifestyle that Webby has continued ever since.

This led to 20 years in the Australian fitness industry, as a distributor of US commercial fitness equipment. During that time he gained a reputation for his passion, expertise and knowledge of the sector.

Today Webby remains very active and is an avid walker, mountain biker, swimmer, water skier, surfer and horse rider.

Recently a friend suggested sharing some of his thoughts while walking in his local area around Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve and pass on any tips or lessons that have served him well over the past 45 years,

In these Webby Walks videos Webby shares some simple rules and principles that have been successful for him over the years and all conveyed in his own down-to-earth manner.

With his wife, Alex and two sons, Max and Joel, Webby enjoys time with family and friends, as well as music, food, good wine. Mixed with his love for the South Coast of NSW, particularly Lake Conjola which he has known since his childhood.
