The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) has been voted Best Convention and Exhibition Centre for the fifth time in the 24th Annual TTG Travel Awards 2013.

Since 1989, the TTG Travel Awards have served not only as a benchmark for high standards across the Asia-Pacific travel industry, but also as a trajectory for the travel industry's advancements.

This year, the winners of the TTG Travel Awards are determined through votes cast by 120,000 TTG's readers across the Asia Pacific region, which demonstrates the high recognition from the travel industry.

Welcoming receipt of the award, Veronica To, Director of Marketing and Business Planning of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited [HML] stated "the credit goes to the whole HML team who have made concerted efforts to provide exceptional services to our clients.

"We will certainly continue to further enhance our services and upgrade our infrastructures in order to provide a world-class experience to users around the world."

TTG magazine is a leading travel trade business resource publication in the Asia-Pacific.

The 306,000 metre2 Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, first opened in 1988, it offers 91,500 metre2 of rentable space. A recognisable Hong Kong landmark, HKCEC is located on a prime waterfront site in the central business district of Hong Kong.

It is owned by the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

HML is a professional private management and operating company responsible for providing day to day management for the HKCEC, where it oversees administration, marketing, booking, scheduling, event co-ordination, maintenance and security.
