ICC Sydney shares factors contributing to its 99% satisfaction rating

International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), managed by ASM Global, has today shared that its attainment of 99% client and 99% delegate satisfaction ratings are a result of the passionate professionalism of its people; its delivery of world class, in house services; and a focus on a more sustainable industry.

ICC Sydney has expanded its in house culinary and audio visual services, invested in the development of new client tools to optimise event planning, and broadened the partnerships within its Legacy Program, which seeks to reduce the environmental footprint of events and deliver positive social impacts across the Sydney community.
