Lease of Kawana Aquatic Centre, Issued by Sunshine Coast Council (ITT1751)

Sunshine Coast Council invites tenders for the lease of the Kawana Aquatic Centre.
The lease will be offered for an initial period of 10 years, with the option to extend for a further five years at Council’s sole discretion. It is anticipated the successful tenderer will commence following the expiration of the existing management agreement being 1st July 2018.
The Kawana Aquatic Centre is located at 45 Sportsman’s Parade Bokarina. The facility includes a 10 lane heated 50 metre pool (water polo compliant), six lane heated 25 metre pool, including a diving pool with a three metre and one metre spring board, heated program pool as well as a toddler leisure water area, amenities block and crèche.
