Leisure Management Graduate in new Queensland Ministry

Following the Queensland Labor Party's state election win, Premier Anna Bligh has announced a revamped Ministry.
The Premier keeps the Minister for Arts role, while other portfolios with leisure responsibilities are:
Minister for Sport - Phil Reeves and
Minister for Tourism - Peter Lawlor.
Lawlor is a former Gold Coast City Councillor while Brisbane-born Reeves is Griffith University leisure management graduate who has worked as a sports management and marketing consultant. He was elected to the Queensland Legislative Assembly as the member for Mansfield in 1998.
