Following on from its takeover of InfoGenesis’ Virtual Manager membership solution in July last year, MSL Solutions Ltd has announced their recent acquisition of InfoGenesis (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Explaining the acquisition, MSL Solutions Managing Director Craifg Kinross advised that following on from the Virtual Manager deal "we discovered that the synergies of the two organisations are such that it made sense to have InfoGenesis sit alongside our existing brands.

“InfoGenesis’ success in the wider hospitality market extends and complements our offering and provides significant opportunity for enhancing the product and service offerings of both organisations.”

InfoGenesis Managing Director Justin Reynolds adds “MSL’s innovative integration platform for membership based organisations is unlike anything on offer in either the local or global hospitality IT sectors’

“They have a strong presence across the club sector and deep experience in the golfclub industry and are perfectly poised to dominate the social and registered club business space.

“Membership functionality translates to loyalty and customer engagement in other markets like hotels, restaurants, theme parks and stadia and so we envisage significant benefit for InfoGenesis clients via new products and services.”

This year will see MSL Solutions celebrate 30 years serving the club market with industry leading brands, Micropower, Golf Link Partners, iseekgolf.com, LoyalTee and Market Town.

InfoGenesis brings 20 years of experience in premium point of sale and inventory management solutions to the group.

Together MSL Solutions and InfoGenesis aim to impress clients across the leisure and hospitality sectors in clubs, pubs and hotels, entertainment venues and stadia,to health care and education institutions with complete, open and integrated solutions.
