Promising to offer "Group Fitness like you have never seen before" a new fitness franchise, Kosama Fitness, will today (Wednesday 14th November) open its first site in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.

Claiming that it will "revolutionise the way we look at big box gyms", the sole focus of Kosama Fitness will be on group training, with clubs offering programs that will "ensure (member) have all the support required to get ... up in the morning and stay motivated.

Kosama Fitness classes and small team workouts will make use of the latest functional training methods to give members a whole body workout, including kickboxing/boxing, kettle bells, plyometrics, suspension training and weighted bars.

Taking the scientific approach to new levels, Kosama Fitness supports its members with heart measurement tools like MyZone, nutritional support with TrueStar and a member portal, MyKosama which gives members what they need to monitor their fitness goals in their own time.
