read morePerfectGym Solutions is building on the success of its seamlessly integrated Automatic Notifications communication module with a set of new features which provide additional communication triggers.
PerfectGym’s Automatic Notifications allows clubs to create timed notifications to deliver either an SMS or E-mail for various common member engagement functions, such as Welcome E-mail (which can include PDF copies of member contracts and additional club terms and conditions), Ending contracts (send enticements to sign a new contract), and New Member campaign emails (preset days/weeks after joining to receive marketing information).
Automation Centre now gives clubs the ability to customise almost every interaction they have with club members.
It can generate customised reminder emails for upcoming class bookings, which can be set to send the night before member’s classes; custom SMS can be sent to members who are promoted from a standby list for a popular class upon a place becoming available, in addition to personalised messages to communicate to participants enrolled in an upcoming class of its cancellation.
In conjunction with the release of ClientPortal2 (https://www.ausleisure.com.au/news/perfectgym-showcases-fitness-first-truly-mobile-responsive-online-signup-an), Automation Centre can be utilised to set at what stage during and after sign up a member should receive automated communication.
Members are now able to receive a custom branded Welcome E-Mail with instructions to set and create a login for their interactive Member Portal within seconds of completing Signup.
Members can then enjoy receiving an email that delivers in addition to the current pdf contract, a voucher code that can be utilised in the first month of membership to redeem for a complementary or discounted club service such as PT or infrared sauna.
With the expanding popularity of pay-as-you-Go models that utilise pre-purchasing class and visit packs; clubs are able to utilise Automation Centre to design ‘top-up’ emails and SMS for members to receive once a club defined ‘low balance’ is achieved, with instructions to purchase an additional pass pack, or link to a membership sign up.
Similarly, for guests who are wishing to purchase a single class to try out a facility, Automation Centre in conjunction with ClientPortal2 signup, allows clubs to give the ability to purchase single use classes utilizing real-time credit card payments, which let a user pay for the class at the time of enrolling, and receive thereafter a confirmation of purchase and targeted email that can outline rules for the club, and welcome information for the guest. In the days after the conclusion of the class, Automation Centre can be used to send follow up enticement emails to class guests, to assist in the conversion from guest to member.
Automation Centre, like all PerfectGym modules, is a part of a core modern platform offering; which means all notifications created and sent to members are done so using current, accurate data, with notations attached to each recipient’s member profile.
PerfectGym does not require the use of external marketing engines, nor does it require for customer data to be exported to third parties to complete the notification process.
PerfectGym gives club owners total control of their notifications, seamlessly integrated, for simple, precise, set-and-forget marketing automation.
