Just four months from its launch, the growth of consultancy firm Fitness Business Sales has seen it expand with the appointment of Paul Harvey to its staff team.

A consultancy that specialises in helping gym owners increase the profitability of their business - whether their goal is to grow, run, or sell the business for the best possible return - Fitness Business Sales is currently servicing quite a number clients in either their exits plans and sale of club, franchisee recruitment for franchisors growth or general consulting.

These clients include leading fitness brands such as Fitstop, 12RND, Infinite Cycle.

Last month, Damien Bain, co-founder and Director of Fitness Business Sales (FBS), merged FBS with his other company, Leading Edge Business Consulting (LEBC).

LEBC offers specialist consultancy services to fitness businesses that are seeking to increase their member base and revenue, as well as assisting fitness franchisors to grow their number of sites. To-date, LEBC’s successes include having taken Infinite Cycle from three to 12 sites in just three months.

Fitness Business Sales specialises in providing proven strategies for franchise growth, profitable sales of health club, as well as consultation and advice for growth. After launching the business a mere four months ago, the rate of growth achieved to-date by Fitness Business Sales has far exceeded expectations.

Bain explains “our success in the marketplace over the past four months, actually reflects what we had hoped to achieve in 12 months.

As a result of this success, we’re excited to welcome Paul Harvey to the team, as our Senior Business Advisor.”

Harvey is a highly qualified fitness professional with extensive staff, club and state management experience having filled numerous roles over a five-year period with Fitness First.

Commenting on his new role, Harvey explains “over the years have taken numerous clubs to number one in member satisfaction ratings for multiple months running.

“My operational skills and previous results ensure I am well positioned to support others in the industry to achieve more in their existing and new businesses.
