Swan River Seaplanes can take up to 12 guests at a time on the excursions, which fly at low altitude allowing passengers to take in the dramatic coastal scenery of the region.
After landing at Margaret River, guests can take in a tour of wineries and attractions, before returning to Perth and all in a day.
Swan River Seaplanes, is a partnership between Troy Thomas from award-winning Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures and Kristy Bailey from One Eighty Marketing, while the on-the-ground excursion is run by Australian Tourism Awards Gold Medallists Top Drop Tours.
Tourism Council WA has welcomed the collaboration between the highly experienced tourism operators, with Chief Executive Evan Hall saying it was fantastic to see some of the industry’s best operators teaming up to create a great new experience for visitors.
Hall stated “new experiences are the lifeblood of the WA tourism industry, attracting new visitors and repeat visitors as more and more unique ways to explore the State are created.
“This new venture introduces a premium experience offering the best of Perth and Margaret River in a one day tour for time-poor guests such as cruise guests, business delegates or those on brief stopovers in the city.”
