Semnox Solutions, a global leader in providing technology-driven solutions for the entertainment and leisure industry, has shared its acclamation in securing first place in the prestigious IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best New Product in the Services, Equipment, and Supplies category at the 2024 IAAPA Expo.

The IAAPA Brass Ring Award for best new product recognises contributions to the industry throughout different product categories.

This year, Semnox’s Parafait Klassic Pro Kiosk earned the accolade for its transformative approach to ticketing and its streamlining of the guest experience by combining registration, waiver signing and package selection into a seamless self-service process - eliminating long wait times and enabling a unified, efficient sale.

Semnox’s award-winning technology is part of its Parafait FEC Solution, a comprehensive suite of products for entertainment venues. In addition to the Klassic Pro Kiosk, Parafait includes innovations like the 2022 Brass Ring-winning LuminOS debit card reader, a mobile app for Family Entertainment Centres (FECs), advanced booking and redemption solution and much more.
