Singapore indoor children’s edutainment theme park, Kiztopia opens in Hong Kong
October 18, 2022

Singapore indoor children’s edutainment theme park, Kiztopia has opened at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin, Hong Kong with the 1115 square metre attraction consisting of 15 play areas featuring eight original cartoon characters and activities such as trampolines, climbing wall, obstacle games, eight large slides and huge ball pits.

The theme park also features eight original cartoon characters, appearing at the park’s career experience zone, showcasing six job types.

There are three major play zones at the playground recommended for children aged four to 12. These include the Mojo Zone, which features eight exhilarating slides (the highest one of four metres tall!), a Ninja Warrior Zone for children to experience challenging obstacles, and a trampoline zone for children to put their agility and sense of space to the test.

There are also various Occupational Experience Zones where Kiztopia's very own original cartoon characters will be there to inspire children with learn-through-play experiences. Each play zone is designed to help stimulate and develop important assets such as social and communication skills, as well as their body coordination, creativity, and more.

The Hong Kong company is not only responsible for establishing a solid business foundation in the Hong Kong market, but also for business expansion in nearby markets, according to its Kiztopia Hong Kong Director, Ricky Ng who advises "the Hong Kong market has a great impact on nearby markets and our success in the city would facilitate the expansion in nearby markets.

"Hong Kong has a solid and active market for IP licensors and licensees. We hope to leverage on local IP businesses targeting kids and families to boost brand awareness in the region."

Associate Director-General of Investment Promotion at Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), Charles Ng welcomed the opening of Kiztopia's mega indoor theme park in Hong Kong adding "we are happy to see a new indoor theme park open in Hong Kong. It brings not only another fun and educational entertainment facility for kids and families, but also adds a new impetus to the city's entertainment industry."

First opened in 2019 at Marina Square, Singapore, Kiztopia is a massive indoor playground spanning 1670 square metres that's designed for children to play and learn at the same time.
