Three years of operation at Crunch Fitness’ Sydney CBD gym

Crunch Fitness is this month marking the third Birthday of its Sydney CBD gym.

Located in the heart of the city - suitable for corporate professionals, lunchtime gym goers and everyday consumers – the facility has a large footprint spanning over 2,000 metre²and three-levels, housing elite gym equipment and facilities under the one roof.

This includes TRX straps, kettlebells, resistance equipment, free weights, boxing bags, spin area, loads of cardio and octane machines, along with a Recovery Lounge for members tn cool down and be treated to hydromassages.

The club also has three large group exercise studios offering over 30 exhilarating classes including STEP Aerobics (which launched this month and includes routines crafted by some of Australia’s original STEP gurus from the 1990s), Pilates, Zumba®, Boxing Conditioning and Pound®.
