read moreLeading Australian ticketing agency Ticketbooth has announced its new digital ticketing partnership with Adelaide's Feast Festival.
Sydney-based Ticketbooth, as part of the Leap Event Technology suite of event technology products, is transforming the event industry with their game-changing technology.
Leap Event Technology will provide Feast Festival with a white-label of its enterprise ticketing solution for live events - one of the only white-label solutions offered by an Australian ticketing company.
What is a white-label solution?
A white-labelled product is one that is manufactured by one business but sold under another brand name. White-labelling, in other terms, is when you sell a product under your trademark, but it is manufactured by someone else.
Services, however, can also be white-labelled. To be deemed ‘white label’ you must purchase a system or service, such as an event ticketing system, from another company and offer it to your clients as your own.
Feast Festival is Adelaide’s Premier LGBTQIA+ Arts and Cultural Festival. Now in its 27th year, Feast is an open-access Festival that showcases emerging and established artists from both local and interstate LGBTQIA+ communities. Attracting 500+ artists that identify as LGBTQIA+, the festival offers a program of diverse events from visual art, spoken word, theatre and cabaret, to film, comedy, and live music.
Ticketbooth and Leap Event Technology are thrilled to work with Feast Festival to bring together the LGBTQIA+ community and celebrate the festivities with event offerings such as LGBTQIA+ Historical Tours and Talks, Quiz Nights, Drag Bingo, Roller Derby Bouts, Pool Parties, Speed Dating, and more!
With Ticketbooth by their side, Feast will have a seamless and robust ticketing system for the hundreds of events that will take place during the two week festival.
Tish Naughton, Chief Executive enthused “Feast Festival is very excited to partner with Ticketbooth in 2024. Their innovative platform will add value not only for our event organisers, but also for the Feast management team and our festival attendees, as Ticketbooth offers a professional and seamless experience for all parties involved.
“We’re grateful for a partnership that supports a small non-profit arts organisation, and with Ticketbooth’s assistance we hope to increase our efficiencies and better manage the many moving parts of Feast Festival.”
Ticketbooth’s white-label platform provides Feast with the ability to seamlessly facilitate and manage ticketing, marketing, payments, and analyse customer data across all their hundreds of venues and events, from a single point of view. At the same time, Ticketbooth offers exclusive data and insights to each venue or event organiser.
Ticketbooth Senior Director of Partnerships & Sales, Louis Rogers added “the Ticketbooth team is incredibly excited to be working with such a prestigious and dynamic festival. We are equally excited to be providing the kind of sophisticated ticketing solution that such an event demands.”
Ticketbooth also provides private white-label solutions for other event organisers and ticketing companies who are selling tickets under their own brand, such as Milestone Creative, Ticketspace, and KOID, proving that their platform is versatile and the ultimate solution for all kinds of event professionals worldwide.
