TreeTop Central Coast attraction has been a dual winner at the 2015 NSW Tourism Awards – winning Gold in the Adventure Tourism category and the People’s Choice Award.

Welcoming the recognition, TreeTop co-owner Sandrine Gaymard stated “we’re delighted to have won two amazing Awards.

“We’re always looking to create new and active ways for people to connect with our gorgeous bushland – and we believe it’s this passion to innovate that makes us such a popular destination.”

“At TreeTops we’re about providing a unique and educational experience in the tree tops that is completely safe and gives visitors a real ‘wow’ feeling.

“Our products are powered by human energy and we want to encourage as many people as possible - of all ages and abilities - to get out in the bush and have some healthy adventurous fun.”

“It’s also a great win for the Central Coast because it puts the spotlight on the tourism potential of the region and the creativity of operators.”

The Central Coast park located in Ourimbah State Forest is home to the 1km long TreeTop Crazy Rider, a unique rollercoaster zipline experience that twists and turns through the native forest.

Gaymard said the TreeTop Crazy Rider experience – which opened 12 months ago – has gained significant interest from tourism operators across the globe including the USA and Europe.

TreeTop Central Coast is one of three adventure parks under the TreeTop brand that Gaymard and her husband and business partner Frederic Galimard operate under the TreeTop brand.

Gaymard and Galimard’s nature-based tourism business Ecoline Pty Ltd specialises in tree-based eco adventures, offering multi-site experience designing, building and operating ropes courses in ecologically sensitive environments.

TreeTop Central Coast will now advance to the 2015 QANTAS Australian Tourism Awards to be held in February 2016.
