VMA looks back on successful 2024 Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress

VMA looks back on successful 2024 Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress
May 23, 2024

The 31st Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress has concluded, breaking previous attendance records with over 560 attendees joining the Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) over its three days - from Sunday to Tuesday.

Staged at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Congress presented three amazing days of inspiration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across 23 education sessions featuring 72 industry expert speakers.

Each session brought new insights to this year's delegates, with the VMA extending its thanks “to all of our speakers for sharing their time, knowledge, and expertise”.

The VMA added “the event would not have succeeded without the strong support of our sponsors and event partners, and our exhibitors who showcased their products, services, and solutions on the Moreton Hire Trade floor.

“The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre delivered an outstanding experience for our delegates. The event team was professional and knowledgeable, and always on hand to ensure the smooth running.

“One of the highlights consistently across all three days of the Congress was the amazing catering and dining experiences the chefs and kitchen teams delivered. These talented teams embraced the opportunity to host their industry peers from across the region and they simply knocked it out of the park.”

Next year, the 32nd Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress will be held in Perth.
