VMA opens nominations for 2018 Venue Professionals Awards

The Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific) Limited [VMA] has opened nominations for its 2018 member awards.

To be presented in three categories: Venue Professional of the Year Award; Young Achiever of the Year Award and the Allied Professional of the Year Award, the awards recognise significant and outstanding contributions made by Active, Allied and Young financial members of the VMA.

Having been amended in 2016, the first year in which the VMA presented three awards, the Venue Professional of the Year Award is awarded to a single individual, irrespective of whether they are an Active or Allied VMA Member.

In addition, the Young Achiever of the Year Award is awarded to only one Nominee irrespective of whether they are an Active or Allied VMA Member.

The awards will be presented at the 2018 Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress in Auckland in May.

Nominations close on Friday 30th March 2018.
