Kuala Lumpur's Sunway Lagoon theme park has open a new entertainment experience based on the blockbuster movie World War Z.

The attraction has been developed by The Sudden Impact! Entertainment Company, who have designed licensed Hollywood branded entertainment products for the attractions industry, including TERMINATOR X: A LASER BATTLE FOR SALVATION, The Mummy Live!, The Mummy Returns LIVE!, The Scorpion King LIVE!, Lara Croft Tomb Raider LIVE!, Van Helsing LIVE!, Alien Vs. Predator Vs You, Saw ALIVE!, Night At The Museum LIVE! and Prison Break LIVE!.

It is located in Sunway Lagoon's 'Lynton V. Harris' Scream Park', developed and named after the founder of The Sudden Impact! Entertainment Company.

The Scream Park provides an intense, exhilarating and LIVE! interactive 'scare' experience that takes the senses to new heights of perception by using state-of-the-art audio and visual technology as well as live actors.

Introducing the 15-minute ride, Sudden Impact! Entertainment Company Executive Vice President, Edward F. Michitsch, fans will get a live experience of the World War Z movie

Michitsch explained "they will be transported to KL Ground Zero in the war against the zombies.

"Infection rates are skyrocketing and time is running out for them inside the World War Z, See The Movie, Live Adventure, Live!.

"Therefore we are very excited to partner with Paramount Pictures in Hollywood to create this opportunity in Malaysia."

Sunway Lagoon consultant Director Bill Holman said that the new attraction is part of the theme park's plans to bring the best and most unique attractions to its guests.

Holman stated "we are proud with this brand new expansion ... and we have plenty of surprises in store down the line."
