The Australian Mass Participation Sporting Events Alliance (AMPSEA) has announced that its National Conference will be staged on Tuesday 26th November at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium.

Being presented by the Race Roster platform, the 2024 AMPSEA conference will be a key opportunity for event and mass participation industry professionals to gather to hear a series of insightful panel discussions and guest talks about the state of the industry.

MC’d by 2024 Olympic Broadcasting superstar David Culbert, attendees will experience talks from guest speakers from around the country covering topics such as technology in sport, event case studies and risk.

Topics and speakers already announced include:

  • Sydney Marathon, a Case Study - Wayne Larden, Chief Executive of Pont 3
  • Technology in sport - John Perisco
  • Launch of ECAL AMPSEA National Events Calendar - Pat Barrett from ECAL
  • Practical Risk Assessment - Craig Sheridan

AMPSEA is inviting stakeholders to contribute their thoughts on issues there would like to address at the conference.
