AUSactive to stage ‘Mini MBA in a Day’
August 1, 2023

AUSactive has advised of the return of its Senior Management Summit, being held in Melbourne on Friday 15th September.

To be held in advance of the presentation of the AUSactive National Awards 2023 at a Gala Event in the evening, the one-day event is designed for senior executives and managers along with business owners and suppliers from across the active health and exercise industry.

Being held at The Edge Federation Square, the Summit aims to offer a dynamic platform for industry leaders to gather, share knowledge and gain valuable insights into the latest business trends and practices.

Described as being like a ‘Mini MBA in a Day’, it will focus on providing attendees with a condensed yet comprehensive understanding of critical business management topics.

Throughout the day, expert speakers will present engaging micro talks, each lasting 18 minutes, on various subjects essential to business success in the modern era.

Topics being covered include:

  • Discover innovative approaches to business planning and gain insights into formulating effective strategies to navigate a rapidly evolving market.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation within an organisation and leveraging disruptive technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • The power of big data analytics in driving informed decisions and understand best practices in securing sensitive information.
  • Delving into understanding consumer behaviour and preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with key audiences.
  • Recognise the importance of nurturing a positive workplace culture and building strong teams to foster employee satisfaction and productivity.

The AUSactive 2023 Senior Management Summit follows Ignite Fitness Business on 14th September, also being held in Melbourne.
