The F45 Training Group has officially announced its partnership with South by Southwest Sydney (SXSW Sydney) 2024, showcasing high-energy workouts from F45 Training and FS8 to energise and inspire attendees during the conference.

In addition to group training sessions, F45 and FS8 will have a strong presence in the Health and Wellness Zone and Expo throughout SXSW Sydney which is taking place from 14th–20th October 2024 with conference content centrally located in three key venues: ICC Sydney, Novotel Sydney (Darling Square), and UTS Building 8.

The F45 Training Group is a leading boutique fitness franchise platform operating the F45, FS8, and VAURA brands: F45 is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout; FS8 is a progressive new fitness concept that remixes the best elements of Pilates, tone, and yoga into a 3-in-1 low-impact, high-energy workout; and VAURA is a sensory athletic reformer Pilates experience.

SXSW Sydney is an annual gathering of visionaries, thought leaders and emerging talents from the Asia-Pacific region. The week-long program delivers more than 1,000 events and networking sessions across the key pillars of Tech & Innovation, Games, Music and Screen. Throughout the week, attendees will be invited to participate in three signature group training sessions, featuring F45’s renowned functional group training and FS8’s hybrid Pilates, tone, and yoga workouts. These sessions are designed for fitness enthusiasts of all levels, showcasing the innovative training methods that have made F45 and FS8 global sensations.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

• Wednesday, October 16th @ 10:00 AM: F45 Track, Main Stage
• A signature F45 Training session that brings the energy and teamwork of functional fitness to the forefront. Open to all fitness levels, this session will be a showcase of why F45 Training has captivated members worldwide.
• Friday, October 18th @ 11:00 AM: Dome Stage – FS8 Express Mat Pilates and Yoga An immersive experience blending Pilates and yoga, FS8 offers an energizing yet powerful workout that builds strength, mobility, and flexibility. This session will allow participants to experience the unique hybrid fitness approach that FS8 is known for.
• Sunday, October 20th @ 11:00 AM: F45 Track, Main Stage. A high-energy workout to close the week, this final F45 Training session will offer participants a fun and challenging outdoor functional fitness experience, all within a supportive, community-driven atmosphere.
• In addition to the group training sessions, F45 and FS8 will have a strong presence in the Health and Wellness Zone and Expo throughout SXSW Sydney.
