This leadership change aligns with the recent updates to the Spanish headquartered company's operating model, reflecting global organisational changes designed to strengthen regional growth and market alignment. The APAC region no longer exists, and ANZ now reports into southern Europe, which includes the similarly mature markets of Spain and France.
In his new role, Alley will guide and manage the Australasian executive team, while also leading the sales and marketing function in the region, taking direct responsibility for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and steering the strategic direction of these critical areas.
Fluidra says his leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and ensuring a unified approach to customer engagement and market strategies.
Alley brings extensive leadership experience, a deep understanding of the local market, and a passion for building high-performing teams. His expertise positions him to lead the business into its next phase of growth with a strong focus on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
Announcing the appointment, Carlos Francesca, Fluidra President of Europe & ANZ, stated “we are confident that Clint’s appointment will further strengthen our presence in the ANZ region and drive significant growth opportunities.
“We look forward to his contributions as we continue to build on our success.”
Commenting that he is looking forward to working closely with the management team and staff to continue the success that Fluidra has enjoyed in Australasian, Alley advised “our focus will be customer first and we have laid the foundation to build on this into 2025 and beyond.”
Alley’s has already commenced in his new role.
Valentina Tripp, Fluidra’s previous senior executive for the Asia-Pacic region, left the company in October.
