Life Fitness launches new Hammer Strength dual-function machine for posterior chain training

Life Fitness’ expansion of its extensive portfolio of Plate Loaded products under the Hammer Strength brand is seeing the introduction of the new Glute Ham Reverse Hyper Combo.

Combining premium build quality with an innovative dual-functioning design, the machine enables members to maximise their workout potential by performing both glute ham and reverse hyper movements.
