Venue and event management software company, Momentus Technologies, has partnered with CAST (Centre of Arts, Sports & Technology) to offer an incredible opportunity for startups and scaleups innovating within the entertainment sector. Selected companies will showcase their solutions at this year’s 32nd Asia-Pacific Venue Industry Congress, held at ICC Sydney from 22nd to 24th June 2025.

This collaboration will spotlight four early-to-mid-stage companies, giving them the chance to present their innovations in front of VMA’s 1,000 members, representing 300 venues - including stadiums, arenas, convention centres, performing arts venues, and more - spanning 16 countries. Members include leading organisations such as Live Nation, Ticketek, ASM Global, and other industry pioneers.

The partnership aims to connect builders (startups and scaleups) with buyers (industry professionals and decision-makers), fostering innovation and accelerating the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in the venue management sector.

Startups and scaleups worldwide are invited to apply, with four companies to be selected. Selected startups will:

• Gain unparalleled exposure by featuring at the region’s largest venue management gathering, attracting thousands of professionals annually.
• Engage directly with key decision-makers and industry leaders from top-tier venues in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Showcase their innovation, by presenting their solutions that enhance fan experiences, streamline venue operations, or improve the overall entertainment ecosystem.
