Larratt is a highly respected leader in the sport industry and is regarded as an inspirational innovator and strategist, an Adviser to Boards and Executive teams. He had a distinguished career across Australian cricket (1999-2013) progressing from a local Regional Cricket Manager through to the National Participation Manager and Strategic Advisor where he became known as one of the sport’s great strategic thinkers. More recently Larratt was the Executive General Manager, Sport Business at Sport Australia (2018-2021).
The Panel Discussion, featuring current and past NSO Chief Executives and Chairs debate Larratt’s premise and share insights in a pragmatic, open, honest and constructive manner.
