Immersive hybrid group training franchise - Set 30 Studio (S30) – is opening its first S30x Studio in Sydney’s Surry Hills on 15^th April.

S30’s ninth studio nationally, S30x Surry Hills adds to S30’s rapidly expanding footprint, with recent openings across Western Australia and Queensland building the national network.

S30 Studio has become renowned across Australia for challenging the status quo. The workout replaces tired, predictable and mundane group training classes with an exhilarating workout in a low light, loud bass environment.  

S30’s concept presents a fitness space with nightclub-style LED lighting and pumping music to match. Offering group sessions partnered-workout set to hip hop and RnB tracks, the brand’s name refers to the number of sets members will do in an average class, which combines functional fitness, weights and metabolic conditioning to present a sensory led, fully immersive exercise experience.

S30’s Surry Hills studio will be unlike any other S30 experience, tailored to the Sydneysider lifestyle with an ‘express’ version of the much-loved S30 workout; delivering high-impact, fast-paced S30 classes within 35 minutes. Unlike other group training offerings, S30x classes will be restricted to ensure a balanced trainer-to-member ratio — meaning each member gets the attention they undoubtedly deserve in a group environment.

S30 Studio Chief Executive and Co-Founder, Luke Faulkner said it was the focus on community and culture that made Surry Hills the obvious location for the franchise’s launch in New South Wales.

Faulkner shares “Surry Hills is the beating heart of Sydney’s music, arts and dining culture; and these are all the lifestyle traits we embody and promote at S30. S30x Surry Hills Franchise Partner, Matt Cook (pictured above) said he has been waiting for an opportunity to bring the S30 experience to the East Coast.
