Sunshine Coast Council looks for lease operator for Caloundra and Cotton Tree Aquatic Centres

The Sunshine Coast Council has opened tenders for the lease of its Caloundra Aquatic Lifestyle Centre and Cotton Tree Aquatic Centres.

The tender, advertised with Australasian Leisure Management, advises that parties may submit an offer for the management of either one or both facilities.

The Caloundra Aquatic Lifestyle Centre has been in operation for over 30 years and offers five pools, three of which are heated, along with a swim school and fitness centre. for optimum learning and enjoyment.

The Cotton Tree Aquatic Centre is situated on the Maroochy River, next to a caravan park, with heated pools for relaxing, increasing fitness levels or having fun with the family.
