read moreAustralia-based school management software provider, Udio Systems, has been recognised by business comparison and review platform, SoftwareSuggest, in the Best Support Award category at the 2022 Recognition Summer Awards.
Determined by an expert panel, Udio was awarded the title for the team’s commitment to their customers and for always going above and beyond.
Udio is a school management software solution designed to help independent and enterprise class-based businesses (including swim schools, gymnastics, gym classes, yoga and Pilates) reduce manual admin so they can spend more time with their customers. Udio's flexible and user-friendly software helps operators to manage bookings, schedule lessons, process payments and improve the user experience with its 24/7 customer portal.
Sue Doncon, General Manager of Operations at Udio enthused “we’re thrilled to receive this recognition as a company that supports its clients and provides the highest level of customer service.
“We guide our clients through every step of their Udio journey and make sure we’re there to answer any questions or queries they might have. Over the last two years, we focused on helping businesses adapt to the changes introduced because of COVID, providing tailored support so they could run their post-lockdown business as effectively as possible.”
Udio has also integrated with workflow automation tool, Zapier, to help businesses further increase their efficiencies
By implementing Zapier - an online platform that enables users to connect to third-party apps, such as content management systems and accounting software - companies using Udio can bridge the gap between external services, creating smarter workflows by automating repetitive tasks.
Doncon advised “the integration with Zapier will be a great asset to our clients who want to link Udio up with other systems crucial to the daily running of their business, such as Xero, Google Calendar and Hubspot.
“We’re committed to helping our clients become more efficient operators and by integrating with Zapier, they’ll be able to focus more on business growth rather than spending unnecessary hours dealing with manual admin.”
In its current stage of development, Zapier can communicate information from Udio to other systems as a result of general billing account updates. In stage two, due to release later in the year, Zapier will be able to push information triggered by every event in Udio (such as when a customer books a make up session). The third stage of implementation will enable Zapier to transfer information from other systems into Udio.
