Technogym has launched Technogym Universe - a versatile functional strength training solution that fits any space - offering a diverse fitness experience with resistances such as magnetic, elastic, isoinertial and reduced inertia.
Technogym highlights that “strength training has returned as a hot consumer and industry trend, both on the fitness facility training floor and as part of specific programs, classes, or boutique experiences.”
Alongside contributing to aesthetics, there is an awareness of strength training health benefits: increased bone density, greater resistance, improved metabolism, general posture and the condition of ligaments, tendons, and joints.
Universe is available in several configurations that fit perfectly any environment, creating space for movement in the centre of the room and allowing multiple users to train at the same time.
Setting up a workout area is easy with kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells and all the other tools found exactly where they are needed, safely and tidily stored.
Thanks to its modular design system, the Wall is a space-efficient solution for dynamic interaction and personal training sessions. It is even compact enough for a small strength corner in a club.
Technogym Universe has been designed in collaboration with strength and conditioning coaches and offers users the ability to access an array of exercises and to train via seven different types of resistances integrated in the solution (weights, isotonic, magnetic, calisthenics, suspension, elastic and eccentric) capable of stimulating the muscles to ensure that the body experiences different challenges and optimises performance at the same time.
The Rig is designed for adjustability and scalability so that anyone can easily adjust the racks or reach the pull-up bars, even in the middle of a workout. The ergonomic design incorporates revolutionary quick adjustment features designed to optimise workouts while also ensuring users perform the correct movement in the best position.
The Universe training experience is fully integrated with the Technogym Ecosystem, which includes a vast library of workout videos for different needs and purposes, accessible by users both from the built-in screen and from the Technogym App on their smartphone.
