AUSactive and the organisers of the AusFitness Expo have announced that the AUSactive national awards will include new award categories for industry suppliers.

Advising that the new award categories have been "specifically tailored for industry suppliers", Shaun Krenz, co-founder and Director of the AusFitness Expo, advised today "I am excited to announce a collaboration between AusFitness Expo and the AUSactive National Awards".

The new award categories are:

• Innovator Of The Year: Awarded to the supplier that has introduced the most innovative product or service in the fitness industry.
• Best Equipment Supplier Of The Year: Recognising the supplier that has consistently provided high-quality, durable, and user-friendly fitness equipment.
• Best Technology Integration Supplier Of The Year: Awarded to the supplier that has effectively integrated technology into their fitness products or services to enhance user experience and outcomes.
• Fitness Apparel Brand Of The Year: Recognising the apparel brand that has provided high-quality, innovative, and stylish fitness wear.

Krenz added "we look forward to your nominations and celebrating at the awards ceremony."

The awards will be presented at the 2024 National Awards Gala in Sydney on Friday 11th October.

Those wishing to enter the award must be an exhibitor at AusFitness Expo or be a member of AUSactive to be eligible.

A webinar introducing the awards and sharing insights on fast-tracking your submission will be held at 2pm on Monday 20th May 2024.

Submissions close as of 3rd June.
