The study, conducted over the past several months by MysteryShoppingForFitnessBusinesses. com.au, involved mystery shopping 500 randomly selected clubs across Australia’s capital cities. This included a diverse range of fitness establishments including franchises, franchise studios, gym chains, council facilities and independently owned clubs with the research team using multiple methods to initiate lead inquiries - via email, phone calls, Instagram and Facebook.
