SAPIA counts down to 2022 conference

SAPIA counts down to 2022 conference
September 6, 2022

Australia’s Sports and Play Industry Association (SAPIA) is this week staging its 2022 National Conference.

Being held at Brisbane’s Royal on the Park Hotel on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th September, the conference returns after its 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to pandemic lockdowns.

Described as "a conference by the industry, for the industry", SAPIA Conferences are designed as technical meetings, to provide members and interested parties with opportunities to learn about new trends and techniques, be updated on what is happening in the sports and play industry globally and overcome issues facing the industry.

The conference also provides opportunities to network, find new customers and suppliers, advertise products and services, have fun and be entertained.

Presenters include:

  • Ned Coten - Past President of Basketball Australia and Chief Executive, EngageRM
  • Dion Gosling - Director, 106 Architects
  • Michael Blomer - Facilities Development Manager, Tennis Queensland
  • Alistair Healey - Managing Director, Gilt Investments
